Shipping policy

Handling & Dispatch

All orders are packaged and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Tracking codes are generated and emailed automatically as soon as the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

Transit Times

Standard Tracked Delivery: 7 to 12 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and clearly shown during the final checkout stage prior to payment.

Tracking Updates

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for live tracking milestones to register with the postal carrier.

Missing or Misdelivered Shipments

If tracking confirms delivery but the parcel is missing, check your immediate surroundings or contact the assigned local courier. If the shipment remains unaccounted for after 48 hours, reach out to support@fluxcubes.com for assistance.
